Perfect replacement for a cracked bracket

Been having trouble for a few years with staying in tune and tailpiece slipping off. Two weeks ago while changing strings i noticed the bracket was splitting for what ever reason Rickenbacker chooses to use pot metal and over the years it gave way, Hopefully I will have better results with this one.
